How do I send my son or daughters artwork?

Once you have completed your order we will send you instructions to either upload your child's artwork or email it to us - whichever is easier for you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any item, as each one is custom made for your order.  If you need to cancel an order before you send us your artwork, please email us at  within 30 days.

To ensure you get exactly what you are looking for we will send a digital proof of the personalized wall art for your review.  Let us know within two business days if you need any changes.

How long does it take to complete my personalized wall art?

Normally, your wall art display will take between 5 to 10 business days plus shipping time.  Delays are possible if you are unable to send us the artwork in time or if there are pieces that we cannot use.  We'll let you know if anything is going to take longer than expected.

What is the best way to photograph my kids artwork?

1. Place artwork in a well lit area with good natural light. Avoid direct sunlight and flash as it can create shadows.
2. Place the artwork on a desk or the floor and stand directly above, so your camera can be parallel to the art piece (tip: frame the whole artwork in the viewfinder and ensure the edges are straight)
3. Make sure the artwork is in focus, switch to landscape mode if you have trouble.
